How many times have you burnt a CD or DVD to give to someone but don’t have a spare case to put it in? If you have a spare A4 sheet of paper then you are in luck. Download this PDF file for a CD Case template. Not only will it keep the disc safe but you can write (or print on it) for that added personal touch.
Once you have downloaded the file, place the disc in the circle and fold along each dotted line in the order shown. All folds are inwards. The final fold is tucked under to close the case.
Because each fold is inwards and all of the instructions will end up inside the case, the outside of the case remains blank. This means you can print whatever you like on the other side of the page before you start folding. Why not use different coloured paper too?
Once you’ve folded a few paper cases you won’t need the template any more as it’s quite simple to remember how to do. Have fun!
